Duties

The records Kept tracks for every English tenancy.

Eight are current nationwide duties. Licensing depends on where the property is, and the PRS Database is a future official process, so both are labelled clearly rather than treated as the same kind of obligation.

Current duties and planned processes

Annual

Gas Safety Record (CP12)
