Under the Renters' Rights Act, rent rises work one way: a Section 13 notice, once per year, with two months' notice. Enter your last increase (or the tenancy start) and get your dates.
Kept · ToolT-4 · Section 13 dates
Rent can only rise once in any 12-month period, via the prescribed Section 13 form, with at least 2 months' notice. Tenants can challenge the proposed rent at tribunal before it takes effect. Contractual rent-review clauses no longer apply. Guidance, not legal advice.
Kept diarises this per tenancy.
