Estimated November 2026
Planned scope, not currently available. The estimate may change as the feature is tested.
Planned: let someone help without handing over the account.
Manager access will be an authenticated role rather than an anonymous link. A named agent or partner will be able to maintain compliance records while ownership, billing, security and destructive controls remain with the landlord.
How it works, step by step
Invite one named manager
The first release is planned around one manager seat per paid account, accepted through their own verified login.
Grant practical permissions
Managers will be able to upload evidence, confirm dates and complete tasks on the properties you assign.
Keep owner controls private
Plan changes, payment details, account deletion, security settings and access administration will remain owner-only.
Straight answers.
Can I use manager access now?
Not yet. Current shared links are read-only and deliberately cannot alter your file.
Why does a manager need an account?
Authentication is required to enforce permissions and attribute every change to a named person.
How many managers are planned?
The initial scope is one manager per paid account. Additional seats will be reviewed after the permission model is proven.

Help with the file, without losing control.
