This planned feature will build a single tenant link containing the required move-in documents and record access to each item. It is not yet available in the app; today, individual documents can be sent and logged through Kept.
How it works, step by step

The planned pack will identify required documents and flag anything missing before sharing.

The recipient will be able to view the selected documents without creating an account.
Record document access
The planned access log will retain the date and time each item is opened.

Can I use this now?
Not yet. Tenant handover packs are planned; individual documents can be emailed through Kept today.
Does an access log prove service on its own?
It would be supporting evidence rather than a guarantee. The planned record will be clearest when paired with the sent correspondence.
Will the tenant need an account?
No account is planned for the recipient.
