Estimated December 2026
Planned scope, not currently available. The estimate may change as the feature is tested.
Planned: bring public records to the file, then let you confirm them.
Postcode-aware setup already resolves the council and map location. The planned import layer will offer likely EPC records, richer local licensing context and optional Companies House dates, always showing the source and asking for confirmation before filing.
How it works, step by step
Find likely matches
Use the property address or company number to retrieve candidate records from available official sources.
Show source and freshness
Each suggestion will identify where it came from, when it was retrieved and any ambiguity in the match.
Confirm before filing
Nothing will enter the compliance record until the landlord confirms the match and relevant dates.
Straight answers.
Does Kept import EPCs today?
Not yet. Today you upload or email the certificate and confirm its dates.
Will public data always be correct?
No. That is why imports will be offered as sourced suggestions, never silently treated as fact.
Will Companies House accounting replace accounting software?
No. The proposed scope is deadline awareness only; Kept is not accounting software.
