Feature · Filing

A secure mailbox for every certificate.

Every paid plan gets a permanent generated filing address and can choose a memorable custom alias. Forward an engineer's email - or have them send it directly - then confirm the property, document type and dates to file its attachment and update the obligation.

How it works, step by step

Step1 / 3

Use either address

Keep the permanent generated address or add a custom alias of your own. Both continue to receive mail, so an engineer using the old contact still reaches you.

Step2 / 3

Forward the certificate

The original email, message and attachments arrive together in your secure Kept mailbox.

Step3 / 3

File it with the right dates

Choose the property, document type and issue or expiry dates. Kept stores the attachment and updates the matching obligation's countdown.

Straight answers.

Does Kept guess where a certificate belongs?

No. You confirm the property, type and dates before filing, so an attachment is never silently put on the wrong record.

Can my engineer send certificates directly?

Yes. Give them your Kept address and their email and attachments arrive in your mailbox ready for you to file.

Can I change the address?

You can add a custom alias and change that alias once every six months. The generated address remains active permanently.
